Hi, I’m Jodi!

Anyone can tell you to eat healthy and take care of your body. I’m here to show you how.

Jodi Harrison Bauer is a two-time World Bikini Champion, founder of the award-winning JodiFit boutique fitness studio, and host of the top rated podcast, Fearlessly Authentic since 2020. She made global headlines as the oldest woman to ever compete for the iconic Sports Illustrated Swim Issue, becoming a Top 60 finalist at 58 years old.

Never one to fit into the box society tries to impose, Jodi started competing in fitness shows at 47, despite being told she was “too old,” while navigating the challenges of menopause. She launched her fitness business at 50, at a time when it wasn’t as common for women to pursue entrepreneurship as it is today. At 58, she boldly competed against 10,000 women more than half her age for a spot in Sports Illustrated Swim gracing the cover of the New York Post, an exclusive on Good Morning America, Inside Edition, People Magazine and more. 

Jodi has since helped transform the lives of countless women, guiding them to reclaim their confidence, health, and strength. Through her coaching, many of her clients have achieved remarkable physical and mental transformations, proving that age is never a barrier to becoming the best version of themselves.

Her proudest accomplishment, however, is being the mother of two amazing daughters, who are the heart of her “why.” When Jodi isn’t working out, coaching or recording her podcast, you’ll likely find her on the beach or dancing like no one’s watching.
